the location is great with so many historical sites within a short walk, including a large section of the wall around the corner from the hotel. the breakfast was amazing with much choice. the pool, gym, and sauna were excellent!!!
they knock on the door in the morning because i charged my dinner to the room as a staff member suggested. the front desk manager ordered that i pay immediately the next day and not at check out, normally done. i reminded me of a person of third class!!!

The breakfast was fabulous. It had a nice variety of fresh options, and the staff kept everything well-stocked. The gym was bigger than i expected with a good variety of equipment. The location was also very convenient. I could walk to many attractions.
The bathroom was somewhat small. There was limited counter space, difficult to manage toiletries. The shower had a step up, and it was awkward to enter. The floors needed more frequent cleaning.

i had a beautiful room with a king bed. the room was modern and clean. bathrobes and slippers were available. i also found nice treats for easter (a box of macaroons) which i considered a nice touch. the bed felt comfortable with firm mattress.

The location is great. Many historical sites are within a short walk. breakfast was amazing with much choice! the staff was super friendly. I requested robes and slippers, and they were supplied free of charge. air conditioning worked great in my room.
The english channels listed on the tv weren't working. This seemed odd to me.

My stay had some issues. The bathroom door did not stay open. Engineering staff failed to fix it. My pyjamas were left on the floor by the curtains after housekeeping changed the bedsheets. It felt quite careless.

i found several issues . the limited selection at breakfast was disappointing. i expected more variety for a hotel of this supposed caliber. additionally, the gym felt small for a hotel of this size. i also noted a broken treadmill . it would be good if the gym equipment were better maintained.
